About Me

“We don’t have to do it all alone. We were never meant to.”

— Brené Brown

A little about me…

I’m Stephanie (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist located in Toronto, Canada. For the past 10 years, I have worked in corporate, community, and hospital settings, providing individual and group support. In my private practice, I offer psychotherapy, wellness workshops and program development services to youth, adults and organizations. I specialize in working with transitional aged young adults (aged 16-29) and those with histories of trauma.

In today’s world where we rarely give ourselves permission to slow down and ‘just be,’ I aim to support individuals and groups in learning how to authentically connect and be present with themselves, their relationships, and lives.

My approach is casual, collaborative, warm and non-judgmental. You can expect our sessions to be both exploratory (exploring your past, thoughts, feelings and behaviours) and skills based (to increase coping and support movement towards your goals).

If you’re looking to heal, grow or connect - reach out. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

I live and work on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Chippewas, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. I acknowledge that this land continues to be home to many First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. I bring decolonization efforts to my life and therapeutic practice.
